Working at Rebuild is not your average 9-5 job, and that’s not just because we generally work 8:30 – 4:30…!
Everyone in the team pitches in to help out where it’s needed, and in the low moments we share, support and learn.
No two days are the same, and to be fair, no two roles are the same, but we all get along with a common aim to make the world a better place.
We’re proudly a neurodiverse team, and we celebrate everyone’s skills, passions and personality.
Our values are important to us: being sustainable means quite often taking the path less trodden (or less driven if you consider the amount of very old forklifts we’ve nursed through to retirement), but we take on challenges with enthusiasm.
We say ‘yes’ to good ideas and act on them with speed (normally before anyone has time to tell us not to!). We work together as a team to find solutions and support each other to learn from mistakes.
We work without judgement and embrace opportunities to improve and develop. Everyone is valued as an individual, everyone is included, everyone can get involved.
And we help and support our partners to improve, finding ways to do better together. We share knowledge and offer compassion, and shout about the great things going on everyday.
