At Rebuild, we love hearing feedback on how helpful and nice our shop and delivery team are. And when it is freezing in the building in winter it’s easier to keep smiling if you’re warm! The health, safety and wellbeing of our team really matters to us and so we were delighted when Arco offered to provide us with a range of new 100% recycled PPE from their carbon-neutral collection. The ‘Responsible Choice’ range has been developed for complete circularity. Including life-extending features, responsibly sourced materials, certified production processes and a complete recycling solution at the end of the garment’s lifecycle.

The donation includes thermal gloves, fleeces and hi-vis; practical items that will be used every day by our staff and volunteers as they sort, move and price stock and help our customers find the materials they need for their DIY projects. Working in our warehouse in winter often means working in unheated spaces, outdoors and moving a range of materials, so having the right kit really matters. Not only is the range carbon neutral (which of course is something that matters to us) but the women’s jackets actually fit properly too! Which isn’t always the case with PPE.
